Meet The Team
Eric Brody
Is a prolific builder and developer in NYC for the last eighteen years. The son of a NYC Architect, he has completed over $950 million worth of real estate development and just over $500 million in total construction costs representing approximately 800 units built and occupied with in NYC.
As the former Chief Operating Officer/Managing Partner of Wonder Works Construction Corporation, Eric Brody lead the operations of one of the New York area’s most highly respected general contracting and real estate development firms. In addition to the day-to- day operations and leadership of the company, he oversaw multiple project execution, asset acquisition, debt/equity procurement and investor relations. Brody’s tenure at Wonder Works began in 2012 as Director of Construction. In 2015 he was named partner and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Brody has used his construction and development experience, to start a Proptech/Contech Venture firm in 2021 with Marc Dupiton directly investing in the technology that is changing the way buildings are built and occupied. This development led to the creation of the Real Tech Talk Podcast (Spotify, Apple, and Youtube) where Mr. Brody interviews the leading technologists, CEO’s and creators in the space on whether their technology can effect change.
Marc Dupiton
Is an accomplished General Contracting professional with a background in residential ground up construction. Mr. Dupiton currently serves as a project manager of the Wonder Works Construction Corporation, since November of 2016.
He began his contracting career in September of 2012 doing interior renovations for the Grand Union Hotel and spent over 9 years in the construction industry. During his time at Wonder Works Construction Corporation, he’s completed multiple residential ground up developments throughout New York City, focusing on the implementation of new technologies to streamline each project. Mr. Dupiton graduated from Clark University with a B.A. in Business Management.
