Specializing in real estate finance advisory and development, ANAX offers comprehensive financial solutions tailored to each stage of commercial real estate projects, such as debt and equity placement, deal structuring, and revitalizing distressed assets through strategic restructuring and recapitalization.
Meet The Team
Eric Brody has constructed and developed approximately 800 units across NYC, totaling nearly $1 billion worth of real estate in the last two decades.
Recognizing NYC developers challenges with inefficient processes and limited credit access, Eric and Marc Dupiton established ANAX Real Estate Partners – a rescue capital venture dedicated to recapitalization, project completion, stabilization, and delivering risk-adjusted returns for investors.
As a testament to incubate innovation, Eric and Marc started ANAX Ventures in 2022, an early stage PropTech investment fund focused on identifying and testing solutions that impact the urban landscape.
Complementing his experience, Eric is the host of the Real Tech Talk podcast where he interviews leading technologists, CEOs and creators in the PropTech space. He also hosts a short-form video series, The Blueprint, for The Real Deal, which breaks down different elements of the construction and development process.

Marc Dupiton has a decade of experience overseeing the construction of ground-up multi-family developments across New York City.
Marc’s expertise in development led to the innovative fusion of construction and technology. Together with Eric Brody, he founded ANAX Real Estate Partners, a privately-held NYC rescue capital firm, and ANAX Ventures, a proptech investment fund targeting early-stage solutions that transform urban environments. At ANAX, Marc prioritizes technology integration to streamline projects, achieving enhanced margins, reduced timelines, and scalable services.
Marc holds a B.A. in Business Management from Clark University.
